This time the spotlight will be shining on Eclipsed, a monochromatic (it’s a word!) adventure full of danger and suspense! What say we help it escape the cold emptiness of Greenlight limbo, eh?
Eclipsed is a monochromatic adventure platform puzzle game. This game starts off with a little guy who came into a world that’s all black and white. He goes on to venture with in the world and meet it’s occupancies. He soon finds a resident that would help him along with the more dangers of the world. And together they try their best to journey on.
Puzzles to solve, enemies to tangle with and a whole new world – albeit with a complete lack of colour – to explore. What more could one ask for? Aside from more silent footsteps (see the trailer below), that is. Right, anyway, a potentially grand black/white adventure awaits, complete with cooperative multiplayer! As far as the story goes… not really sure what’s going on with that, although apparently, something about a child coming into a new world, to start a magical journey. Peculiar, to say the least.
So riddle me this, dear reader: why is Eclipsed still struggling to get through Greenlight? It isn’t out just yet, but a demo is available. As such, how about visiting its Greenlight page and handing over a ‘yes’, if you like what you see? Remember, your vote matters!
