[Update: Greenlit] Stuck In Greenlight Limbo: ‘Mogwash’

[Update: Greenlit] Stuck In Greenlight Limbo: ‘Mogwash’

This time the spotlight will be shining on Mogwash, a title starring a bear on a mission to save Sludge City! Let’s help it escape the cold, lonely emptiness of Greenlight limbo, eh?

Save Sludge City from these looting, polluting gangsters and eat lots of delicious mogsnacks on the way. Mogwash is a pile of retro goodness all squashed into one ginormous pie!

Yay, gangsters and snacks – two of my favorite things in the same game! But… mogsnacks? That’s new, even to me. I also have my doubts about this bear fella being able to actually stop said gangsters before eating too many snacks and getting a stomach ache, really. Especially after seeing just how devious the lot looks on the game’s Greenlight page. My God. Everything from an ogre to what appears to be a mole, and even a slug, present and accounted for in this league of evil-doers! Or maybe I’m simply underestimating the power of candy. Maybe.

So riddle me this, dear reader: why is Mogwash still struggling to get through Greenlight? It should be out this March, so how about visiting its Greenlight page and handing over a ‘yes’ if you like what you see? Remember: your vote could make all the difference!

Whenever a big AAA title claims it'll "innovate with groundbreaking features", it usually turns out to be a snore-fest; one which simply mimics other games (poorly). This is where my interest indie game interest comes from: pick a random title from a pile of these, and chances are you’ll end up with something genuinely unique - often for well less than $60 too.
