It’s a fact that many Steam users don’t check or even notice most Greenlight additions. There are simply too many, making it rather time-consuming. Hoping to alleviate this problem somewhat, I bring you The Greenlight Groove, featuring my recommendations from the past week!
Keep in mind that those listed below are by no means the only new arrivals, simply those I gave my ‘yes’ vote. With that in mind, would you kindly help make sure none end up as a potential Stuck In Greenlight Limbo candidate, by voting? Oh and do provide their creators with feedback. I’m sure they’ll appreciate anything, as long as it’s expressed properly (please, be nice).
The Architect
The game follows the story of a mysterious, yet insignificant object set to bring a world to life. The player will take control of the mysterious, yet insignificant object in it’s quest. The Architect is the twisted sci-fi abstract labyrinth game at the edge of Creation, which makes you ponder every move you’ll make.
Solstrike
Solstrike is a quick turn based arena strategy game for 2 to 6 players. Each match takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes to play. Players enter the arena and then choose from a variety of actions. Will you beam down more units, upgrade your commander, or go for a direct attack? Will you play an offensive or defensive game? Utilise the unique strengths of each of your units to try to defeat the enemy commanders.
Tulpa
Tulpa is a puzzle-platformer game, in which the player controls two characters, a girl named Ophelia and a boy named Oliver, that travel through an ever-changing world. The characters possess different abilities and perceive the world differently. This makes the survival of both characters non-trivial, as traversing the world and overcoming its challenges demands that the player has both perspectives in mind.
Lantern Forge
Lantern Forge is a sandbox action RPG game, featuring a massive randomly generated world. Craft a variety of tools to gather dozens of resources to shape the world as you see fit. Featuring beautiful isometric-perspective art and skills-based combat. Build a home, grow vegetables, and cook food. Craft weapons and armor and face off against a variety of monsters to gain experience and treasure.
Mini Metro
In Mini Metro, you take on the task of designing the subway layout for a rapidly expanding city. Your city starts with three stations. Draw routes between these stations to connect them with subway lines. Commuters travel along your lines to get around the city as fast as they can. Each station can only hold a handful of waiting commuters so your subway network will need to be well-designed to avoid delays.
Autumn Dynasty Warlords
Revered, feared and enigmatic. The First Autumn Emperor’s legacy is undisputed. He began as a minor warlord, yet he would one day unify the country, discover firedust, and repel the greatest barbarian invasion in history. His personage is a mystery, but his exploits are legendary. Could you have ruled in his place instead?
Cadence
Cadence is a zenlike generative audio puzzle game about making music and breaking the laws of thermodynamics. Explore a rich puzzle space, creating sound sculptures and endless melodies out of nodes suspended in serene ambient environment. Increasingly complex puzzles lead to ever more rewarding musical expression until you, the player, are creating music itself.

Floating gracefully in mid air, with a control system that aims to give the player a true sense of flying, our little hero forma.8 starts with no powers, no weapons and no hints of what to do and where to go: it’s up to the player to explore the planet, deal with its often hostile inhabitants, and slowly uncover the story. There’s no verbal communication in the game, everything is conveyed to the player only with images and sounds.
Shipwreck
Shipwreck is a top down adventure game in which you must travel the land, explore dungeons, and defeat monsters to earn safe passage off the island on which you are stranded. Shipwreck is the first game from Brushfire Games, a small game studio in Redmond, WA, run by brothers Nick and Joe Gravelyn.
Magnetized
A black square, from nowhere, never stop and never quit, seems to magnetized by something great. Crush, die, one more try, round and round and by and by, till the end of the time. Chasing dreams is like walking alone on an endless road, Sometimes we succeed but most we failed. direction is so clear but way to long, trying so hard but no one knows.
The Grave Digger
Take control of shovel-master Fagus the grave robber extraordinaire in this third person stealth action-adventure. It’s a curious blend of whimsical English comedy and grim Dickensian horror made by a two-man team dedicated to fun, addictive gameplay.
Sky Steel – Heavy Wings
In Sky Steel you control 2 Wings to carry a energy core. You can change the Wing Formation at any time to fire anothe weapon type. Each Wing formation has own permanent upgrades and skill points to assign. You can combine and upgrade your Wing in many ways to play the way you like it. In open Wing Formation-C as example, the energy Core itself fires a laser beam in both directions. In this formation you can evade enemy fire, reach targets behind you or defend yourself from targeting missles. All firemodes have special benefits that can be combined during gameplay.
Dark Drive
