‘INDIE Live Expo Winter 2021’ Submissions Open, Last Call for Nominations

‘INDIE Live Expo Winter 2021’ Submissions Open, Last Call for Nominations

INDIE Live Expo Winter 2021 is still a month and change away (as you may recall). That hasn’t changed. There’s still some fun news regarding the highly anticipated indie game stream though: submissions are now open and as far as nominations go… well, the clock’s ticking!

Simply put, anyone interested in taking part in the showcase have until October 8, to submit their new game reveals, news on upcoming titles, major updates for previously-released games, to (hopefully) end up featured on the stream on November 6, across YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and Bilibili in English, Japanese, and Chinese. Oh, and nominee submissions end on September 30.

“The fourth Indie Live Expo is nearly upon us and the showcase is looking to be bigger than the past three shows already,” said Ryuta Konuma, Founder, Ryu’s Office. “Working with so many passionate developers, publishers, sponsors, and press members who all share a passion for indie games is something we will always treasure.”

Adding to all that, how about a digital magazine in the form of the INDIE Live Expo Letter? Its goal is to help developers and publishers get the word out about their titles, and since it’s free, might as well.

So to summarize: INDIE Live Expo Winter 2021 on November 6, submission deadline on October 8, nominee submission deadline on September 30, and INDIE Live Expo Letter… right now.

Whenever a big AAA title claims it'll "innovate with groundbreaking features", it usually turns out to be a snore-fest; one which simply mimics other games (poorly). This is where my interest indie game interest comes from: pick a random title from a pile of these, and chances are you’ll end up with something genuinely unique - often for well less than $60 too.
