All humans are dead. Gone. Finito. And yet, for some reason, the robots still aren’t… well, happy. Such a glorious victory over mankind should have brought about a neverending celebration, although it seems something is still nagging at their circuits. Something only multiple sessions of Robotherapy can potentially help them figure out and if not fix, then at least manage. Oh, and you’re the therapist.
So, how do you make a robot happy? By recommending they self-destruct? Probably not. It would solve their problems, and permanently, but – you know, that does also create a brand new one, in that they’d no longer exist. Even so, that is absolutely an option in Robotherapy. Man, robots are vicious beings. Almost like they’re cold-hearted machines or something. Except they do actually have emotions. Feelings. Worries. Struggles. Much like the billions of humans that they’ve slaughtered. Ruthlessly. Without mercy. Why? Well, they’re robots. Simple as that, really.
Choose what kind of robotherapist you’re going to be as you progress.
With almost half a dozen robots to guide through (hopefully) sessions of healing across three chapters, there’s certainly a fair amount happening in this one, and depending on which dialogue choices you make, things could turn out great… or badly, and fast. I mean, sure, no one likes having a complete stranger poke and prod at their innermost thoughts, but sometimes, a little Robotherapy can go a long way.
Robotherapy is available on Steam, for $4.99.
