Little over a month ago, ever-expanding deckbuilding choose-your-own-adventure RPG (yes, all of those in one game!), Hand of Fate 2, brought upon itself a goblin invasion. Good times were had by player and goblin alike, but now it’s time for something different. Something fans will have to spend a few bucks to access. Something involving… Outlands and Outsiders!
So, exactly what are we looking at here? Well, a new challenge, a new companion, new new new… stuff! A trip to the Mournful Wastes, for starters – something about going “where even the gods have died”, which should certainly be something for the seasoned player. Or, you know, rookies with a death wish. Who knows what might happen, after all? There’s also a new companion to acquire within said DLC, complete with its own little quest, and… additional encounter and equipment cards to unlock. Plenty of stuff here, all of which will certainly serve to further expand future adventuring.
Hand of Fate 2 – Outlands and Outsiders is available on Steam and GOG.com, carrying a $6.99 price tag.
