The Greenlight Groove: ‘Cathedral’ and… more?

Many Steam users don’t check – or even notice – the majority of Greenlight additions; it’s simply too time-consuming. Hoping to alleviate this problem somewhat, I bring you The Greenlight Groove, showcasing my recommendation(s) from the past week.

Cathedral (GL)

Cathedral
Cast into an unknown world with no recollections of your past, you will have to explore to rediscover your origins. Solve puzzles, fight your way through dungeons and make use of both the magic and the items you will find, as well as your trusty sidekick, Soul, to journey back home.

Melroy Pripoy (GL)

Melroy Pripoy
Melroy Pripoy is a normal guy who lives in a rented apartment, hates his job, spends all his free time at the computer and hides from unpleasant memories. But demons from the past have found him. He can’t dodge this time.

Unbeliever (GL)

Unbeliever
You start with nothing and fight your way to the top. The story is explained through the form of memories that you unlock by making progress in the game. You gain spells and experience to upgrade your stats.
Your ultimate goal: find the Unbeliever that killed the Old Gods and get your memory back.

Wraithkal

Whenever a big AAA title claims it'll "innovate with groundbreaking features", it usually turns out to be a snore-fest; one which simply mimics other games (poorly). This is where my interest indie game interest comes from: pick a random title from a pile of these, and chances are you’ll end up with something genuinely unique - often for well less than $60 too.
