This time the spotlight will be shining on Lighthockey, a rather flashy take on an arcade classic that goes by the name… air hockey! What say we help it escape the cold emptiness of Greenlight limbo, eh?
Air-hockey game with power-loader mechanic to blow up your opponents.
See? Air hockey! Every bit as fast-paced as the version most of us have either kicked ass in or gotten our asses kicked in, at the local arcade, but with noticeably more visual flair. Kinda wish it had different arenas, power-ups or some such to really make it stand out (aside from the ‘power-loader’), but alas, that does not seem to be the case. On the other hand, air hockey’s still fun in its original form after all these years, so there’s that. Oh and for those who feel like getting really competitive – either against their friends or the AI – there’s always the up-to-thirty-two-player tournaments. Yup. Thirty-two. Better clear your schedule for that evening, and get ready to… party!
So riddle me this, dear reader: why is Lighthockey still struggling to get through Greenlight? It’s already out and all, so how about visiting its Greenlight page and handing over a ‘yes’, if you like what you see? Remember, your vote matters!
