I love a branching narrative in which the choices actually matter. The more the merrier. Games and choices. But what if the title in question only featured one choice (or action) throughout? Welcome to Single Choice Jam…
Sounds simple enough, right? Well, one thing to keep in mind is how “the duration of the jam and the two weeks following the deadline, the submissions should be free to play”. After that, put a price tag as high as you like, on that sucker! Also of importance: if your submission features NSFW content, you are required to indicate it (by which I believe they’re referring to itch.io’s tag feature).
At the end of the Jam, we will create an IFDB page for every entry.
Aside from that… let’s see… any language is good, up to three entries can be submitted, and it must be considered Interactive Fiction – you know, an interactive experience with a focus on the text. That awesome thing.
