Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to see something like this happen again. A hundred titles! A HUNDRED! AGAIN! But wait, how many are games? Ninety-five! Wow. Well, that’ll trim my Greenlight Limbo list significantly.
Can’t help but worry a bit though, as Steam is already rather crowded and ninety-five games – even if some aren’t out yet – are only going to add to that. I’m sure they won’t let it onto Steam in huge batches though, as that would just wreak havoc on people’s wallets (mine included, after a quick glance at the list). The last time a hundred made it through, they were stress-testing.
This time… well, I have no idea as to why the October 29 batch was so big and frankly, I don’t care because it’s full of great stuff! Tales of Maj’Eyal, You Are Not The Hero, Risk of Rain, Oozi: Earth Adventure, The Real Texas and much more, are now all officially en route for a spot on Steam. Madness. Pure madness!
Although whilst celebrating, we mustn’t forget that there is a ridiculous amount of games still on Greenlight, trying to rack up enough votes to get through. Speaking of, remember my Stuck In Greenlight Limbo series? Well, guess what: NONE of my picks made it through this time, which makes me a sad panda. So how about showing each of them some appreciation, before checking out the list of 100, eh? Pretty please?
