We’ve barely left 2021 and yet its AGS Awards are already in full swing, even if we’re only at “play them games !” right now. But what does that mean? Exactly what it says on the tin: now’s the perfect time for everyone to double down on playing Adventure Game Studio creations from 2021!
Okay, I guess a bit more information might indeed prove useful: AGS Awards 2021 is a celebration of games made with Adventure Game Studio and released in the year 2021. With a little luck, it’ll also help shine a brighter light on releases that might not have initially gotten a whole lot of attention. With well over eighty(!) titles to choose from, it’s pretty safe to say few – if any – will be roaming through the entire lot, and of course, no one is required to do anything remotely that much prior to nominating any. But we’re not at “nomination time!” just yet, so just worry about playing the games while perhaps even having fun too.
Oh, if you’re a developer with a game made in Adventure Game Studio released in 2021, posting about it in AGS Awards 2021 – For Your Consideration is not a bad idea by any means. Quite the opposite, in fact, as this way, those without a lot of time on their hands and/or don’t care to browse themselves are far more likely to pick from posts in that thread. So get to it, promote your game, and… hey, here’s to another great AGS Awards!
