It’s a fact that many Steam users don’t check or even notice most Greenlight additions. There are simply too many, making it rather time consuming. Hoping to alleviate this problem somewhat, I bring you The Greenlight Groove, featuring my recommendations from the past week!
As you go through the list below, keep in mind that these are by no means the only new arrivals, simply those I decided to give my ‘yes’ vote (hence, recommendations). With that in mind, would you kindly help make sure none of them end up as a potential Stuck In Greenlight Limbo candidate, by casting a vote? And while you’re at it, do provide their creators with feedback. Good and/or bad, I’m sure they’ll appreciate both, as long as it’s expressed properly.

Depression Quest is an award-winning interactive fiction game where you play as someone living with depression. You are given a series of everyday life events and have to attempt to manage your illness, relationships, job, and possible treatment. This game aims to show other sufferers of depression that they are not alone in their feelings, and to illustrate to people who may not understand the illness the depths of what it can do to people.
XenoRaptor is a co-op top down shooter with rocket propelled chainsaws and teleporting attack bears. Research weapon components then combine them to create anything from radioactive chainguns to tesla blasters and bear teleporters. These weapons aren’t just clones that do slightly different damage – modifying a weapon will give it different game mechanics.
Remember the homeless man you refused to help in the last town? He remembers you too. Except now he’s found a place among the Society of Assassins. Remember the grieving mother you helped send a letter to her son? Her son has decided to return home.
