Many Steam users don’t check or even notice most Greenlight additions; there are simply too many, making it rather time consuming. Hoping to alleviate this problem somewhat, I bring you The Greenlight Groove, featuring my recommendation(s) from the past week!
Mable & The Wood
You play the part of a shape-shifting girl who can take the form of the beasts that she slays, but whose power is slowly destroying the world she is trying to save. Transforming uses up magic, which can only be restored by slaying the creatures of the wood. Is it any wonder they’ve turned on you?
.EXE is a platformer/rogue-lite game set inside the very computer you use. Moto, a rogue emoticon is about to be replaced when a new upgrade is downloaded and as a result, he is set to be deleted. Rather than give up, he decides to escape via a floppy disc to freedom! Can you help him unlock secrets, find hidden paths, get power ups and face menacing foes of every kind?
1917 – The Alien Invasion
You are in the role of Dr. Brunhield Stahlmüller, an acomplished weapon scientist who upgrades an WW1 triplane with superior alien technology to attack the invaders. You will avenge mankind and take the battle into the darkness of space until you reach an ancient alien world.
Mushroom Crusher Extreme
Mushroom Crusher Extreme is an isometric arcade-style fantasy game, where you take control of Zenon, a mage with a mission to repel the invasion of giant Shrooms on his native archipelago. Battle against time and use your elemental magic to vanquish the invaders before it’s too late!
In The Shadows
In The Shadows is a puzzle platformer game where you use lights to scare away shadows creatures that transform into everyday objects you can use to your own advantage. Confront your fears, solve puzzles, find secrets.
Earth Atlantis is an original “Open World” side-scrolling shooter with an unique “Monster-Hunting” gameplay. The game also has an outstanding visual style.
LUNA The Shadow Dust
Behind the veil of reality, lies an enchanted world. When the world lost its balance, it fell upon a boy to take on an unexpected journey. Until the moon rises again, the order of the world will not be restored. One can not go back in time to correct his mistake. Whatever happened is irreversible…
At the heart of the game are simple controls that require finesse and practice to master. The birds fly and bounce around like tiny dog-fighting planes.
In The Wall
How do you think, would you be able to control the spaceship alone without any preparation or specific skills? And then just imagine you woke up on board of this spaceship and couldn’t find anyone from the crew. What would you do?
